An exceptional opportunity exists for a detail-oriented and driven Accountant to
join the Finance Team of a prestigious luxury hospitality estate situated in
the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands. This role offers the opportunity to

outstanding guest experiences.

We are seeking a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes
ownership of their responsibilities, and is passionate about maintaining the
highest standards of financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Capture and reconcile cash books and daily cash-ups
Process general ledger transactions and journal entries
Manage debtors administration, including invoicing, account reconciliations, and
collections
Manage creditors administration, including invoice processing, account reconciliations, and
payment loading
Assist with stock administration, invoice capturing, and monthly stocktakes
Administer petty cash
Coordinate the ordering of centralised goods
Perform general finance and administrative duties as required

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping (completed or currently in progress)
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar accounting role
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience working on Pastel (Sage) Evolution or a similar accounting system
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to take ownership and work independently
Professional communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across departments
Flexible, accountable, and highly reliable

Advantageous Experience

Previous experience within luxury hospitality, luxury hotels, wine estates, lodges, or premium
guest-focused environments
Hospitality, tourism, wine estate, or agricultural industry experience
Exposure to Easipos
