Well-Established Firm of Accountants & Auditors – Immediate Vacancy (3 months contract)

A reputable and well-established firm of Accountants and Auditors is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

A completed Accounting degree (relevant qualification essential)
2–3 years’ experience in an auditing firm
SAICA articles completed with an audit firm
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience using Caseware Working Papers
Experience with Pastel and Xero accounting software
Caseware Cloud experience and exposure to international audits will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Perform full audit planning and develop detailed audit plans
Execute audit procedures including tests of controls and substantive testing
Compile and complete audit files in accordance with professional standards
Conduct Compilations, Independent Reviews, and Audits of various companies (including international entities)
Prepare and review statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable legislation
Conclude audits, prepare and present management reports
Prepare Annual Financial Statements using Caseware Working Papers
Prepare and organise tax returns
Assist management across a variety of business roles

Salary: Market-related, commensurate with experience
Location: Westville (opposite pavillion)
