Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.

Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.

Assist with internal and external communication (emails, phone calls, courier arrangements, etc.).

Support management with scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.

Stock Control & Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records on the system.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system data.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for deliveries, returns, and stock adjustments.

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damages.

Ensure all stock movements are properly documented and authorized.

Reporting & Coordination:

Generate stock, sales, and usage reports as required.

Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to streamline stock handling processes.

Support the finance team with stock-related reconciliations and audits.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) required; relevant diploma or certificate in administration, logistics, or supply chain management is advantageous.

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or stock control role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential) and stock management software

Xero experience an advantage

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
