Company based in Springfield Park is urgently seeking a Admin Clerk

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

Grade 12

 

Experience 2-3 years

 

Excellent Communication skills

 

Computer Literate with Excel

 

Must be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment

 

Willing to go the extra mile

 

Pastel would be advantageous

 

Attention to detail

 

Ability to follow instructions

 

 

 

Duties:

 

Sales Report maintenance & email to directors + reps

 

Credit request

 

Credit notes (Pastel)

 

Maintenance of credit note, damage tracker as well as uplift

 

tracker

 

Capturing credit request & uplift tracker and preparation for

 

request for credit

 

Updating trip sheets with credit request

 

Emailing of re-invoices pertaining to credit notes to customer

 

Attending to queries & investigation of short stock

 

Attending to queries & from reps regarding sales report and

 

credit notes

 

Contacting of customers regarding queries (Pricing Queries)

 

Confirmation of credit notes with customers + update credit

 

note book

 

Updating of query tracker

 

Updating admin invoicing tracker

 

Adhoc Duties:

 

Physical verification of uplift notes

 

Inspection of uplift tracker

 

Report of anticipated goods returning with trucks

 

Credit note + damages + journals

 

Assist with admin duties

 

Calculating picker incentives & double-checking errors

 

Close of all trackers (credit note tracker + damage recon

 

(finance), uplift

 

Supplier returns & debit (pastel)

 

Job Type: Permanent

 

Salary: R5 300.00 per month
