Description
One of our clients based in Johannesburg is looking for an Admin Service/Maintenance Coordinator to join their team.
Requirements:
Experience working in a busy industry
Strong administrative experiences
Diploma / Certificate in Administration related field.
General administrative duties such as emails, copies, phone calls, organising, scanning, and filing.
Working with customers, internal technicians, and sub-contractors.
Receive maintenance/service inquiries and provide quotations, product and service information.
Receive, manage, and escalate customer requests.
Processing incidents and service requests initiated by customers via email or telephone.
Managing service requests to make sure that they are not breached.
Providing status on service request to customers.
Data entry and any other administrative duties to support the department.
Maintaining customer spreadsheets.
Submit service SLAs for invoicing in co-ordination with finance department.
