The administrative assistant is responsible for aiding and supporting the administrative and financial functions of the company.


Core tasks


Core tasks:


  1. Managing reception related duties.


  1. Arrange courier collections for the different business units from our CPT office.


  1. Placing and following up on orders from suppliers.


  1. Manage stock in the warehouse


  1. Assign cost centers to expenses.


  1. Manage and control of petty cash.


  1. Draft company credit card summaries.


  1. Open new credit applications when required.


  1. Collection, scanning, sorting and filing of all relevant business-related documents.


  1. Selective processing on ERP system.


  1. Support with time registration of employees.


  1. Support the service manager with Stock administration.


  1. Other supporting tasks to the business.


Educational background:


Financial administration

Specific knowledge:


-              Computer skills: MS Office, Financial / ERP packages.

In house business accountant, and other job functions to a lesser extent.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as administrative assistant and/or support to bookkeeping / finance.


Project related  administration work will be beneficial
