About the Job
To assist with the management of the building including management of relationships with tenants, rental collection, leasing of units, management of service providers and maintenance of the building.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the vacancies levels in the buildings through:

 

o Assisting prospective tenants

o Facilitating viewing of vacant units

 

Review the performance of the relevant service providers including:

 

o Cleaners

o Security

o Garden services

o Refuse removal

 

Review overall maintenance of the building

Address maintenance requirements as identified by tenants

Welcome and induct new tenants

Requirements

A minimum of a Grade 12 is required

At least 2 years building management is required

Experience in maintenance is required
