WORK EXPIRIENCE:
• 5 year experience in automotive part sales

TRAINING:
• Management Training
• Customer relations training
• Generator sales training
• Small Plant Equipment Training
• Stationary Engine sales Training
• Part Number Training
• Vehicle knowledge training

KNOWLEDGE:
• Knowledge of basic diesel and petrol engine functionality
• Knowledge of management techniques and best branch practices
• Ability to meet sales targets and goals with a track record of driving sales
• Knowledgeable in managing subordinates and a proven record of developing staff, performance management and disciplining of staff
• Knowledgeable in relevant operation, administration and financial management
• Good understanding of business process and branch level functioning
• Knowledge of-, and experience in sales, including inventory, long and short-term business strategies, supply and distribution, accounting, advertising and training
• Ability to effectively understand and communicate product information, performance standards and warranties
• In possession of an unendorsed code 08 driver’s license
