Job Description:

Our client, in the Logistics industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in East London to develop New Business revenue.

Duties to include:-

*Prepare tenders, reports, presentations

*Analyse clients’ needs and propose various courier solutions

*Manage and retain client relationships on all levels

*Sales, Targets and Administration

*Submit weekly call reports to the General Manager

*Manage all relevant internal administrative processes

*Attend all meetings and submit weekly stats

*Keep abreast of competition services and Markets.

Minimum Requirements:-

*Matric or Senior Certification equivalent

*MS Office Suite (strong MS Excel skills)

*Minimum 5 years' Sales experience, preferably from the Logistics industry

*Excellent client orientation

*Excellent negotiation skills

*Ability to generate sales leads and close deals

*Communication skills
