Exclusive Kitchens is a premier manufacturing company specializing in shopfitting, high-end kitchens, and bedroom units. We are seeking experienced, independent professionals who take pride in their craft.

We are recruiting for the following positions:

Site Fitters:

Must be expert installers of kitchens, BICs, and shopfitting units.

Must be able to scribe, level, and finish to a high standard on-site.

Problem-solving skills are essential.

Cabinet Assemblers / Manufacturers:

Must be able to read and interpret cutting lists and technical drawings fluently.

Proficient in assembling carcasses, drawers, and intricate joinery.

Experience with panel saws and edge banders is a plus.

All-Rounder Carpenters:

Individuals who are versatile in both manufacturing (factory) and installation (site).

Must be able to lead a job from cutting list to final handover.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the cupboard/joinery industry.

Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.

Own hand tools are advantageous.
