Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are looking for a Call Centre Support Agent to join our dynamic team! Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years old.
Requirements:
Matric Certificate (Grade 12) – Essential
Minimum 1 year call centre or customer service experience
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Good computer literacy
Ability to meet targets
Positive attitude and professional work ethic
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
Provide accurate information and support to customers
Log and escalate queries where necessary
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Achieve daily and monthly targets
What We Offer:
Fixed salary of R6,000.00 per month
