Catering site in Green Point is looking for a CDP chef.
Minimum 3 years of catering/banqueting/ pastry experience.
6 Days a week, 06:30 to 14:30.
Must be hands-on and able to work with a small team cooking for 150 pax daily.
Needs to be able to run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
R37 per hour (about 160 hours monthly).
