About the Role
Lead organisational change and adoption activities across a major Digital Transformation Program (ERP + enterprise-wide initiatives). Ensure smooth transitions, business readiness, and sustained benefits realisation by embedding new systems, processes, and behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
Drive change management strategies for ERP, ICT, and digital projects
Conduct impact assessments & readiness reviews
Design communication strategies to engage stakeholders
Lead ICT training & knowledge transfer programs
Monitor adoption, measure success & report benefits
Minimum Requirements
Extensive ERP/digital transformation change management experience
Strong knowledge of frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
Proven stakeholder engagement & facilitation skills
Excellent communication & leadership abilities
Ability to travel to other office locations
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Technology, Organisational Change, Communications, or related discipline
Certification in Change Management (Prosci, CMI, ACMP)
Desirable: PRINCE2/PMP/AgilePM, facilitation/communications qualifications, experience in utilities/government/regulated industries
