This is a full-time on-site role located in Cape Town for a Client Contract Manager. The Client Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the company's contract with a client, ensuring compliance with the contract terms, negotiating contract renewals, addressing any client issues or concerns, and identifying potential growth opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the operational and to ensure that the client's needs are met effectively and efficiently.


Understanding of contract management principles and experience managing large scale contracts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Analytical skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with procurement processes and sourcing strategies
Experience working in the facilities management industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field

Key Skills:

Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization and client company up to top management.

Preferably have worked in an output-based environment, where daily outputs are measured to targets.

Quality management experience as well as OHS and very importantly, food safety and the relevant standards applicable.

Good admin and computer skills are essential.

Design and implement SOP’S and KPA’s for all staff reporting to them.

Time and motion studies.

Performance management thereof.
