We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction
Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee
residential and commercial building projects, ensuring work is completed
safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple building and renovation
projects
Manage and coordinate skilled labour and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and building
regulations
Plan and monitor project schedules, materials, and site resources
Maintain high standards of quality control and workplace safety
Liaise with project managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Report progress and resolve on-site issues efficiently

Essential Requirements

5–8 years’ proven experience in construction, including building and
renovations
Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple skilled trades and subcontractors
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices
Ability to read, interpret, and work from construction drawings and plans
Project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s licence
Traceable references from previous employers or projects

Desirable Skills

Relevant trade qualification or construction-related certification
Health & Safety training or site management certification
Strong organisational and time-management skills
