Job Summary

Looking for a Cost Accountant with at least 3 years’ experience for food manufacturer based in Pretoria West

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cost analysis and reporting for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain cost standards for raw materials, labor, and overhead.
• Monitor and analyze inventory variances, wastage, and production inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement cost control measures.
• Assist in preparing monthly management reports, including variance analysis
• Analyze product costs from suppliers
• Balance production GRV and consumption monthly
• Conduct monthly spend analysis

Requirements:

• Matric
• Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years food manufacturing experience
• Must have a sound understanding of the finance function and a hands-on approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Must have Sage Experience
