Ensure accurate information is maintained in the accounting system (e.g., Pastel).
• Process supplier invoices for payment in a timely manner.
• Manage and report on creditor age analysis.
• Perform monthly and weekly creditor reconciliations.
• Resolve supplier queries on invoices in a timely manner.
• Manage credit applications.
* Manage Credit Cards and Petty Cash Reconciliation
* Claim Insurance on any loss.
* Additions and deductions to policies and Complete any
documentation required by the insurer.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• 4 years'+ work experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Pastel.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Salary Between R12,000 to R15,000
