The Hypercheck Group has an exciting opportunity for a Creditors Clerk at their Head Office in Durban.

The main job function is to reconcile supplier accounts and prepare documentation for payment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Check & match invoices against order database

Payment of Invoices

Sending Remittance
Advices and debit notes to supplier after completion

Filing of Invoices

Prepare Monthly reconciliations of Creditors Accounts Statements against the A/P Age
Analysis.

Accurately reconcile G/L and Creditors Accounts on a Monthly basis to make sure that accounts are
correctly balanced

Correct deductions of supplier discounts and rebates

Requirements:

Matric

Finance Qualification advantageous

Atleast 2 years experience in a similar position

Knowledge of pastel
Attention to detail
