Careerbox is currently hiring Technical Support Call Centre Agents for a
UK based campaign in Capetown to provide exceptional service and resolve technical
customer queries
Basic Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent
- Customer service/retail/hospitality experience (required)
- Ability to work UK based hours (9am to midnight- rotational shifts)
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Computer Literate
- Reliable transportation (To and from the Claremont area)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Tech savvy- Must have knowledge OR understanding on broadband/Tech Support
