Requirements:

• A recognised Teaching Qualification (B.ED or equivalent Educational qualification).

• SACE registation (proof required)

• Experience in teaching Intermediate/senior phase is recommended

• Sound knowledge of CAPS curriculum.

• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

• Commitment to maintaining high academic standards and positive learner discipline.

Responsibilities (as required by Personnel Administration Measures):

• To engage in class teaching, be responsible for the effective functioning of the department and organise relevant/related extra-curricular activities so as to ensure that the subiect, learning area or phase and the education of the learners is promoted in a proper manner.

• Teaching and managing of administration of staff, and appraisal/ involvement in co-and curricular activities.
