About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to
support marketing activities for a school/college environment. The ideal
candidate will have proven experience in education-sector marketing and a
strong ability to generate quality leads and enrolments through digital
platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive student enquiries and enrolments
Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and schedule engaging content aligned with enrolment cycles and academic calendars
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to align digital strategies with business goals
Manage advertising budgets and maximise return on investment
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing for a school, college, or educational institution
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
Experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns
Understanding of lead generation, tracking, and conversion optimisation
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
Strong communication and reporting skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems
Basic design or content creation skills
