Description

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful individual to join our team as Ecommerce Sales & Administrator. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety—handling online store operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and
customer-focused, with a solid understanding of ecommerce platforms and B2B/B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Identify new sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales orders.
Maintain and update customer information and sales activity in CRM tools.
Support the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
Managing Social Media Accounts

Ecommerce Store Management:

Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across ecommerce platforms
Monitor online store performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing.

Troubleshoot ecommerce-related issues and liaise with technical support when necessary.
Implement SEO and merchandising best practices to improve visibility and sales.

Client Services:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
Provide prompt, professional, and solutions-focused customer service across channels (email, phone, chat).
Coordinate client onboarding and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
Track and resolve client issues, escalating as necessary for resolution.
Collect client feedback and provide insights to improve products/services.

Qualifications:

Matric
2+ years of experience in sales, ecommerce, & client services roles.
Proficient with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Takealot, Makro Market Place, Amazon, WooCommerce etc) and CRM systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Experience with digital tools like Canva, Google, Slack, Trello, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of online marketing, SEO, or social media marketing.
Familiar with order fulfillment and logistics coordination.
Familiarity with designing tools to create catalogues
Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (A MUST)
