Well-established Consulting Engineering firm seeks to employ a professionally registered Electrical Engineer at their Johannesburg offices.

For the position you would be required to have:

B. Eng/ B. Sc/ B. Tech in Electrical Engineering ESSENTIAL
Pr. Eng or Pr. Technologist with ECSA ESSENTIAL
Minimum 6 years’ design experience EP, EB and Solar
Experience on Electrification, Building Services, EEDSM and Solar system (renewable energy)
Responsibilities would include you to:

Design Electrical Infrastructure Projects by applying relevant practices.
Facilitate and implement electrical Infrastructure Projects
Provide Supervision and Mentoring Junior Staff
Manage the project team and activities within the legal framework.
Prepare technical documents as part of the legislative approval process for project submission approval.
Financial planning for projects by compiling accurate capital estimates and budgets.
Liaise with clients/employers, public authorities, protect team and attend to project meetings and site inspections.
