Leader in water and water treatment seeks an Energy Engineer to develop energy services and technical management expertise that will include project management, optimisation and plant audits and engineering studies.

For the position you would be required to have:

B. Eng/ B. Sc or B. Tech in Process or Mechanical/Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering
5+ years’ experience in UTILITIES (boilers, chillers, cooling towers) management in design or production and the implementation of general Energy Saving Measures
Good understanding of Waste to Energy Technologies (anaerobic digestion, CHP, incineration, etc) and other decarbonisation initiatives

Responsibilities would include you to:

Develop company’s Energy Services and Management Technical portfolio through implementation of industry practices and tools
Provide technical support to industrial clients through knowledge of factory Utility operations and design (boilers, cooling towers, chillers)
Utilise strong knowledge of operational Energy Saving measures eg, pumping system optimisation, demand side management to provide technical support to industrial clients
Use understanding of waste to energy technologies to provide technical support (anaerobic digestion, energy recovery (incineration) and combined heat and power (CHP))
Use your knowledge of optimisation tools (also cloud-based) and other data analytics tools to ensure efficient monitoring of energy management solutions
