Description
A vacancy exists for an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary, based Life Knysna Private Hospital Name, reporting to Nonhlanhla Langeni, Unit Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery of uncompromising quality care in line with Company strategic objectives and applicable Health /Nursing legislation.

Participate to meet Patient Experience, Clinical and Safety (Patient and Employee) outcomes targets in accordance with Life Healthcare set standards
Report any Customer complaints and adverse events and participate in the investigation within the
allocated timeframes
Conduct all allocated tasks delegated by the Unit Manager/Shift Leader/Senior Registered Nurse
Ensuring quality management systems and initiatives are conducted according to company policy
Promoting a safe and healthy working environment
Enforcing infection prevention principles as per company policy
Effective communication skills– participate in collaborative and engaging team dynamics (internal and external stakeholders)
Establish Lifelong partnerships with our customers and stakeholders to promote LHC as the preferred hospital of choice

Requirements
Qualification as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary and Registration with SANC
Compliance with the SANC code of conduct for an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary and all applicable healthcare legislation
1year post qualification experience in an ICU environment
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
Participative and collaborative with all members of the team to foster and develop a healthy and positive working environment that actively promotes a joint performance and value-based culture.
Updated knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, industrial relations, standards, codes, ethics, and competency standards.
Updated knowledge and understanding of relevant pathophysiology, anatomy, and diseases to render
Ability to work shifts according to the operational requirements of the hospital
