The Raslouw Glen Home Owners’ Association in Raslouw, Centurion, is recruiting for the role of Estate Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission while growing professionally in a supportive and

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to oversee the efficient strategic operations,
general operations, and maintenance of our estate. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills,
negotiation skills, interpersonal relations, and a keen commitment to compliance of Corporate Governance.
Organizational management abilities and trustworthiness with confidential information is a pre-requisite.
Applicant needs own transport and should reside in the Centurion area.

Key Performance Area and Outputs:
• Strategically oversee the management of all operations of the Estate.
• Manage and supervise estate staff and service providers.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring its smooth and
effective functioning.
• Manage on-going relationships with all service providers always in the
well-being of the estate.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and coordinate with
service providers.
• Monitor and manage budgets for operational and capital expenditure.
• Effective and supportive management of the Security Manager to
oversee the Security management of the Estate, which is most
essential in the effective operation of the Estate.
• Ensure that security protocols are continuously in place and adhered

Experience and Qualifications:
•Minimum 5 years senior management experience within a strategic
role at a small to medium enterprise or as an Estate Manager.
•Strong knowledge of homeowner association (HOA) regulations and
community governance is preferable (Paddocks a plus).
•Ability to work under pressure.
•A Good understanding of administration and of processes required to
running a small to medium sized enterprise or of an Estate like
Raslouw Glen.
•Previous experience with Security management will be an added advantage.
•Excellent verbal and communication skills.
•Effective interpersonal skills.
•Customer Service experience
