We require a Farm Manager for a Natural Heritage site with approximately 180 species of Bird
life and hectares of indigenous forest along with Guest Lodge and Restaurant (a
Venue for Special Occasions and Weddings).

Food production, plenty of water.

Location: Eastern Cape

Requirements for this post:

Knowledgeable in Nature Conservation

Sustained focus on conservation management for both fauna and flora including active alien plant removal.

Ensure well-maintained facilities and infrastructure, such as buildings, roads, water, electricity, fences, dams,
swimming pool, workshop, parking areas, the supervision of new infrastructure
projects and proactive environmental housekeeping across the Farm.

Efficient and effective administration in respect of employees and guests.

Ensure that operating expenses are tightly controlled as well as maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the finances and the accounting
system.

Recognise and maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of Farming operations.

Ability to set up and continue with guest amenities.
