We're Hiring: Financial Accountant (Kempton Park)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit tax returns (Income Tax, EMP201, EMP501, VAT201).
• Support compliance, payroll, and cost analysis activities.
• Monitor financial performance indicators and provide insights.
• Offer guidance to other departments on financial matters.
• Participate in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in financial accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and ethical approach to financial management.
• Adaptable and eager to grow in the role.
