Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrative Assistant to support our team with various financial and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling invoices, working with our accounting system, allocating and capturing transactions in Xero and assisting agents with transaction-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Generating and processing invoices accurately and efficiently.

Ensuring accuracy in data entry and document review.

Assisting agents with invoices and commission agreements.

Collaborating with the transactions team to resolve transaction-related queries.

Providing general administrative support as needed.

Allocating financial transactions into accounting software and uploading supporting documentation.

Monitoring company expenses and ensuring they align with budgets.

Assisting with reconciling bank accounts and company records.

Providing support in preparing financial forecasts and reports.

Supporting the team during audits by organizing documents and reports.

Ensuring financial records comply with local tax laws and regulations.

Assisting with the preparation of financial documents required by regulatory authorities.

Answering inquiries and resolving financial issues related to clients.

Assisting in improving or maintaining financial systems for better efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Degree/diploma in accounting or finance.

SAIPA experience will be an advantage.

Experience with Xero or similar accounting systems (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Prior experience in real estate or financial administration is an advantage.
