A well-established logistics company based in Prospecton is seeking a Fleet Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient management and administration of our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accident and incident reporting, including the management of insurance claims.

Maintain fleet maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing of all vehicles.

Monitor and coordinate license renewals to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Conduct fuel reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

Perform vehicle inspections alongside drivers to ensure roadworthiness.

Manage tyre usage and maintenance.

Assist with various other fleet-related administrative and operational tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a fleet and logistics environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to escalate issues and report on operational exceptions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a basic level.

Must be available to start immediately.
