National Franchisor is seeking to employ a franchise relationship manager to grow and support an established aftermarket service and repair franchise in the Western Cape.

Duty's and key performance indexes that will be required are:

Building Relationships: Developing strong ties with franchise partners to ensure mutual success.

Operational Support: Providing guidance and assistance to franchisees in their day-to-day operations.

Performance Analysis: Monitoring franchise performance and implementing improvement plans.

Training and Development: Supporting new franchise openings and conducting training initiatives.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in franchise management, relationship management, or a similar role is usually preferred.
Industry specific knowledge in the aftermarket or automotive service and repair industry.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven expertise in relationship management and business development.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of franchise operations and compliance.

Leadership and conflict resolution capabilities.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently to franchise locations.

The candidate is required to have the ability to understand and address franchisees' concerns effectively, to be able to handle diverse challenges and franchisee needs, be clear and persuasive in their communication to build trust and collaboration. They must have great attention to detail ensuring compliance with franchise standards and policies and staying composed and focused under pressure.

Salary R25 000.00 excl commissions
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7h30am - 5h30pm
Saturdays 8h00am - 13h00pm
