Go Girl Logistics is expanding with a new Full Truck Load (FTL) division, specializing in dedicated 1-ton and 30-ton
truck loads for refrigerated and dry goods. We are looking for an experienced,
motivated Freight Broker to join this division and drive client acquisition
and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and secure new FTL clients across South Africa
Negotiate rates, contracts, and delivery schedules
Match client loads to 1-ton and 30-ton trucks
Coordinate with truck owners/subcontractors to confirm pickups and deliveries
Track shipments and ensure timely, reliable delivery
Maintain accurate records of contracts, loads, payments, and commissions

Requirements:

Proven experience as a freight broker or in FTL logistics, preferably with
refrigerated or bulk transport
Strong network of potential clients or proven ability to generate new business
Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills
Knowledge of South African transport regulations and cross-border knowledge
Computer literate; familiar with spreadsheets, load boards, and CRM tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently
