About the Organisation
Project Playground is a registered Trust operating for children’s rights to development and opportunities. Founded in 2010, Project Playground has ten years of experience in developing and facilitating programs aimed at strengthening the self-esteem and ambitions of children and youth through structured after school programs. Programs offered include education, sports, and the arts, as well as an in-house social work division with focus on therapeutic intervention and family strengthening initiatives.
About the Job
The Fundraiser will develop and maintain the fundraising strategy of Project Playground. He/she should have knowledge of children’s rights and have experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
Reaching potential sponsors, virtually and physically
Writing and presenting fundraising proposals
Maintaining records of sponsors
Managing donor relations
Attending networking events
Creating donor packages
Creating donor agreements
Creating marketing material
Creating fundraising strategies
Maintain relations with Project Playground Sweden
Writing reports
Requirements
At least three years of experience in a similar role preferably in NPO Sector
Knowledgeable on Children’s Rights
Independent and strong work ethics
Good computer skills, mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite
Loyal, honest and with integrity
Enjoy meeting people, networking and create new relations
Strong written and verbal skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Punctual and meets deadlines
