An opportunity to join one of the leading private healthcare companies has come about. 3 vacancies exist for a Hospital Manager Development Programme at Life Healthcare, in various locations Nationally, reporting to the responsible Regional Manager. This role forms part of the businesses sustainability strategy through ensuring continued development and retention of high calibre talent.
The Regional Manager, along with the Business Operations Executive, SA will play a critical role in ensuring that the incumbent acquires the necessary knowledge and skills to build understanding, capability and capacity around the Life Healthcare drivers of growth, efficiency, quality and sustainability.
Our structured and coordinated 12 month programme combined with a stimulating work environment will equip the candidates with valuable private healthcare work experience to steer the direction of the business in order to address:
Changing South African healthcare landscape
Hospital strategic planning and execution
Day to day hospital operations
Key stakeholders and relationships

Incumbents will be deployed into the broader business operations structure.
Minimum requirement qualification: open to any Post-Graduate degree in Commerce, Engineering, Health Sciences etc. MBA would be advantageous
Minimum of ten years’ general business management experience
Proven leadership and experience
Ability to be flexible to travel nationally for assignment related operational requirements (highly advantageous.
