Our client is seeking an HR Administrator, to be based in Grahamstown. The role is suited to a motivated, detailed-oriented individual that has good interpersonal skills and has the desire to work in a fast-paced environment and delivers outputs of a high quality.

Minimum Requirements:-

*Industrial Psychology, Human Resources or Labour Relations degree or equivalent experience

*Exposure to appropriate Labour Relations and Human Resources training

*Preferably 1 year's experience in Administration in a Human Resources and Labour Relations environment

*Liaising with diverse teams and colleagues to achieve the desired outcomes

*Engaging at all levels in order to ensure stakeholder collaboration

*Specific agricultural industry experience beneficial.
