Grade
12
Minimum
2 - 5 years relevant experience in a
built environment with at 3 years experience in performing minor maintenance and repairs at a semi
skilled level
Knowledge and good understanding of applicable health
and safety regulations and procedures
Willing to and flexible to work extended hours /
outside of the normal working hours where required
Knowledge of tools and material used in assigned
area of responsibility
Valid Driver’s licence (code 08) is a an advantage
Willing to work perform additional duties and cross
function within the technical space
