Redwill ICT/Opentel ISP is seeking dynamic and vibrant Junior IT Desktop & First Line Helpdesk personnel who are motivated, driven and passionate about technology and innovation. The candidates must be willing to learn and grow with the company.
Below are some required expertise required for configuration, support and maintenance:
Job Responsibilities included but not limited:
ISP services Helpdesk
Operating Systems - Windows Servers and Linux, Firewall
Disaster Recovery and continuity support. Networking and use of cabling standards.
Remote and On-site support of current base Microsoft Products (Server, Windows, Office 365)
Email (Cloud Based), Fibre router configuration/setups Mobile connections Backups.
General maintenance and monitoring of sites with Voip and Hosted PBX.
