Description
We are seeking a competent and reliable Junior Security Supervisor with PSIRA certification to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising lower-level security guards and ensuring they perform their duties effectively.
Requirements & Skills:
Must reside in the Northern Suburbs
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
PSIRA registered
Valid Driver’s License with own reliable transport
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the security industry
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Operational Security Management
Working knowledge of the Firearm Act and Firearm competency
Staff management experience
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
No criminal record or pending cases
Strong planning, administration, interpersonal communication, and
client liaison skills
Leadership and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
