A well-known established manufacturing company based in Cape
Town is looking for 2 x Lifting Machine Inspectors to join our team.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the timeous and effective inspection/testing and certification of various equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities include:
Inspect and test lifting machinery at prescribed intervals.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and relevant SANS
standards.
Communicate inspection results to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
LMI registration with relevant authority
3-5 Years' experience within the lifting machinery industry
Complete knowledge of lifting equipment
Medicals must be in order and have good health
Valid Driver's Licence
