A. JOB PROFILE
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage large engagements (internal and external audits) including:
Planning activities (staff and client)
Ongoing project management (staff and client)
General coaching and management of team
Collate and draft client reports with technical input from specialists
Manage internal roles
Staff planning
Junior onboarding
SAP training logistics
DIMENSIONS
FINANCIAL
Manage at least 6 assignments (Gross value R10 million), at least 1000 hours chargeable work.
STAFF
Managing teams of 3 to 10 individuals for each of the assignments
Work closely with other managers in key internal roles (Planning, HC support, training)
ORGANOGRAM
Manager reporting to EUR DT SM’s, AD’s and Partners on key assignments as well as key departmental roles.
B. PERSON PROFILE
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Chartered Accountant or equivalent
CISA a plus
EXPERIENCE
Big 4 experience or equivalent professional experience
> 6 years professional experience
