Project Playground is a registered Trust operating for children’s rights to development and opportunities. Founded in 2010, Project Playground has ten years of experience in developing and facilitating programs aimed at strengthening the self-esteem and ambitions of children and youth through structured after school programs. Programs offered include education, sports, and the arts, as well as an in-house social work division with focus on therapeutic intervention and family strengthening initiatives.
About the Job
The Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator will develop and manage the M&E systems at Project Playground. The incumbent will be responsible for maintain relations with relevant stakeholders and report writing.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and strengthening monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
Reviewing and revising current M&E systems
Developing monitoring and impact indicators for all programs and divisions
Designing quality control tools
Recommending further improvement of the logical framework
Monitoring and evaluate overall progress of programs
Submitting monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Submitting specific reports to donors when needed
Present M&E results to sponsors when needed
Maintaining relations with Project Playground Sweden
Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in M&E within the NPO sector
Knowledgeable on Children’s Rights
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to turn data into information
Independent and strong work ethics
Good computer skills, mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite
Loyal, honest and with integrity
Punctual and meets deadlines
