MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide office administrative and secretarial support to the
Legal and Corporate Governance Unit.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

❖ Perform administrative and secretarial tasks
❖ Perform diary management duties
❖ Attend to telephonic calls, direct calls and record messages
❖ Coordinate travel arrangements
❖ Administer procurement and payment processes

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

❖ Matric and a Certificate in Office Administration

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

❖ 2 - 3 year’s work experience in an Office Administration
environment
Able to demonstrate:

❖ Knowledge and experience of standard office administrative
practices and procedures
❖ Knowledge and experience in MS Office Package
