Our small company in the South of Johannesburg requires an Office Administrator.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

* General admin related duties,

 

* Greeting customers

 

* Assisting Technicians

 

* Stock Control

 

* Basic Accounting

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

* Experience in SageOne/Pastel

 

* Computer literate: MS Office

 

* Grade 12/Equivalent

 

* Proven office administrative skills

 

* Well organized

 

* Can work under pressure

 

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

ADVANTAGEOUS - Knowledge of catering equipment and/or electrical spares and parts.
