Project Administrator

 

One of our clients based in Kraaifontein , they are looking for a Project Administrator specialized in the support of managing, coordinating, and overseeing different activities related to planning, updating project data and scheduling, implementing, milestones, budgeting, and cash flows, and closing out and evaluating projects.

 

Tasks

 

  • Set tasks, timelines and schedules for the week

 

  • Daily collaboration with team and organisation of team information

 

  • Production planning

 

  • Providing support to Management and Reporting

 

  • Submit weekly performance statistics

 

Qualifications

 

  • Must be proficient in excel (Pivot tables)

 

  • Office Managerial skills

 

Experience

 

  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in project administration.

 

  • Knowledge of project management and development procedures.

 

  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
