Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Radiographer role based in East London. The Radiographer will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring radiation safety compliance, and producing high-quality radiographic images for accurate diagnosis. The role involves maintaining and operating radiologic technology, collaborating with medical staff, and maintaining patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.

Qualifications

- Must be MRI and CT Scan competent

- Proficiency in Radiation Safety and Radiation procedures

- Knowledge of Radiology and Radiologic Technology

- Background in Medicine with the ability to analyze and interpret medical imaging

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to ensure high standards of care

- Relevant certification or degree in Radiography or related field

- Valid registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) or equivalent

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
