Duties & Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS & MINIMUM EDUCATION:
❖ Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA
❖ Office Administration or Secretarial Diploma or equivalent
❖ Basic Accounting/ Bookkeeping
❖ Computer Literate – MSOffice: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
❖ Excellent computer skills
❖ Fluent in English (other languages beneficial)
❖ Clear on ITC/No Criminal Record
DUTIES:
❖ Receives all telephone enquiries and direct calls
❖ Adhere to the Popi Act regulations – Protection of personal Information
❖ Open new files at the beginning of each year for clients, if necessary
❖ Compile a grocery and stationery list when stock is low
❖ Acknowledgement of & filing receipts Customer Invoices
❖ Daily filing of all invoices
❖ Ensure that the stationery and grocery stock levels are enough
❖ Generate and issue purchase orders daily
❖ Assist with general & electronic filing and scanning of documents
❖ Assist colleagues when not too busy and offer help
❖ Additional duties as requested by Management from time to time
