Job Description:
REGIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER required in East London who will be responsible for integration and optimisation of both Primary and Secondary Distribution processes within the region, ensure efficient and effective product fulfilment in line with customer service requirements, drive efficient inventory control and minimise stock losses.

Duties to include:-
*Oversee primary and secondary distribution planning and execution
*Ensure all Customer Distribution Service Packages are negotiated, agreed and communicated
*Oversee Sales Order Creation
*Contribute towards Inventory Control
*Conduct random truck counts to monitor effectiveness of internal controls
*Oversee the Warehouse and Forecasting process to ensure stock availability and quality
*Advise on shrinkage and stock loss processes
*Manage General Supply Chain and Logistics Operations
*Ensure accurate and timely Financial Reporting
*Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for resourcing
*Analyse monthly and financial performance
*Participate in strategic planning
*Ensure adherence to all applicable Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Standards
*Ensure that the right people capacity is in place and manage employee performance.

Minimum Requirements:-
*Bachelor’s Degree (3 years) / NQF Level 7 essential
*9+ Years’ experience (Operational Execution)
*MS Excel Advanced.
