Description

We are looking

for a Regional Manager for an MTN Dealership. Their primary duties include

hiring and training Store Managers, meeting corporate sales targets and

creating a positive working environment for each store in their region.

 

 

 

Duties are but

not limited to:

 

 

 

Creating a

comprehensive recruiting and training programme for Store Managers.

Helping develop

sales strategies and setting sales targets.

Creating reports

for Senior Management.

Supporting

Store Managers and acting as a resource across the region.

Monitoring the

performance of teams and motivating them to reach targets.

Lead and

develop a team of Managers to oversee and carry out all day-to-day activities

within their stores.

Actively network

across the region to identify and develop business opportunities.

Driven and

motivated and believe in quality care.

An inspiring

leader who can motivate their teams through obvious passion and commitment.

A natural

networker with both internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent

communication skills.

Proven track record

with reliable references.
