Remote Marketing Specialist


Our client is an international company that provides an easy-to-use Learning Management System designed for the development and assessment of practical skills. Specialising in on-the-job training and the requirements of the desk-less worker, they present a seamless learner experience and empower teams to efficiently drive business outcomes.


They are looking for a hard-working and driven Marketing Specialist to join their international team. The Marketing Specialist will be working remotely from South Africa.




Roles and Responsibilities


Support the Head of Marketing to build and set the overall marketing strategy

Work with sales, product, engineering, CSM, and leadership teams to understand the company’s

profile and

sector positioning,

to inform the development of content to fit the objective of the brand,

ensure content is delivered to the right audience through insightful targeting and


  • Develop, and support report end-to-end on all digital marketing campaigns.


  • Campaigns will encompass


Search Engine Optimisation (SEO),

content marketing,

pay per click marketing,

content marketing and email direct marketing



Design cross-functional and cross-channel campaigns that deliver results

Support managing agencies, vendors and deliver to the marketing budget

Oversee development of content to support marketing strategies, project manage graphic design, website/front-end development and technical SEO partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of content to support content marketing strategies

Lead new marketing technologies and strategies to innovate, improve efficiency, and generate tangible results.



Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of related work experience,

2+ years in a B2B SaaS marketing experience is preferred

Strong understanding of technology marketing (SaaS, IT or Tech products)

Experience designing, crafting and organising integrated campaigns such as webinars, email marketing, digital across the entire customer lifecycle

Deep understanding of SEO, paid marketing, email direct marketing and other digital marketing strategies

Passionate and pro-active, driven and results orientated.

Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

Experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot

Previous experience managing contractors or outside agencies.





R40 000 - R60 000 based on experience
