Well established hospitality group is seeking experienced restaurant administrators.
Duties will include :
processing of daily cash ups
capturing of daily, weekly & monthly stocktakes
recon of debtors & creditors
working closely with managers and chefs in order to hit COS and expense targets
The ideal candidate :
will have 2yrs+ experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
be computer literate
be able to travel to the Campsbay, Seapoint , Mouille Point areas
