• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage staff, shifts, and daily operations
• Honest, reliable, and well-presented
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and motivate staff
• Ensure high service and food quality standards
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Assist with stock control, cash-ups, and reporting
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards
